The combination of honey and cinnamon will do wonders for you, by boosting your metabolism.


  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup/8 oz/237 ml water


Use one part of cinnamon to two parts of raw honey. The recommended ratio is 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp honey. Boil the water. Now, boil the water on the cinnamon. Cover it and allow to steep until it is warm enough to drink. Once the water cools down, add the honey. Make sure you never add the honey when the water is still hot, because the heat will destroy the nutrients which raw honey has it in abundance.


Drink ½ of this delicious and at the same time healthy juice before bedtime. Cover the other half and store it in the refrigerator. Drink it the next morning. Remember that it is effective if consumed on an empty stomach.
